JB Beauty LLC cannot guarantee the outcome of makeup application if recommended skin treatments are not completed (please refer to my 6 tips for a flawless base)

By signing this contract you release photo rights so JB Beauty LLC can post your photo publicly. If you choose to reshare you agree to not edit, photoshop, etc.

I understand JB Beauty LLC is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any breakouts, rashes, irritations, or allergic reactions.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES CAREFULLY:

Your initial $75 deposit goes toward your balance and is non refundable. Should you need to cancel your service kindly give a minimum 1 month notice for no penalty, less than 30 days notice of cancellation is subject to pay 75% of remaining balance. 

2nd payment (balance) is required the week of service date/wedding date. 

I can only accept up to 7 clients myself (including bride) once we reach 8 I require a second artist. 

There is a flat fee of $250 for a second artist which includes the sourcing, hiring, payout, timeline, etc.

Trials are optional (but highly recommended!) and run about 90 minutes long.

Ideal timeframe for trials is 30-60 days before the big day or coordinated with your hair trial, bridal shower, engagement photos etc 

Please prepare for your trial by dermaplaning, spray tanning, wearing white etc as you plan to for the wedding day for accurate outcome! 

Trial fee is $250 and paid outside of your main invoice- payment is due end of trial service (90 minutes) and can be paid via cash or Venmo @ journey-betances.

50% fee of services added or removed within 24 hours of protect date/wedding date to be added for last minute changes. 

3% processing and handling fee will be added to all invoices, if you prefer to pay by cash or check you will not be subject to this fee.
 

Requesting a location change to accommodate clients timeline is subject to a $50 one time fee for extra time tearing down and resetting, additional travel fees may also apply.
